About
Built from ad monetization experience
We spent years building ad yield and bidding systems, then saw publishers struggle with mediation built for large teams. In 2024, we started Adrop to make real-time bidding available to publishers of any size.
Our Story
Why we built Adrop
Mediation tools were built around large publishers with dedicated ad operations and engineering teams. Independent studios faced the same basic choices without the same resources to configure waterfalls, manage demand partners, or improve their auction results.
Real-time bidding expanded demand-side competition, but publisher tooling remained difficult to manage. Smaller teams still had to work across separate SDK adapters, revenue reports, and technical configuration before they could operate a multi-network auction setup.
We built Adrop to make RTB mediation as simple as one SDK connection. Connect once, and we manage the adapter layer while your impressions compete across 15+ demand networks. The winning bid is selected in under 50ms, with no revenue share.
We are based in Seoul and bootstrapped. Our flat-fee model means we do not take a share of publisher revenue, so stronger auction results benefit you directly.

Meet the Adrop team
Hyungchul Kim
CEO, Co-founder
Hyungchul Kim spent years building ad yield optimization systems and demand partner integrations at mobile advertising companies. After seeing mediation tools shaped for publishers with dedicated ad operations staff, he started Adrop in 2024.
Junho Park
CTO, Co-founder
Before co-founding Adrop, Junho Park built high-throughput ad request processing and real-time bidding infrastructure. His work includes systems handling millions of concurrent auction calls under strict sub-100ms latency requirements, along with open-source mobile SDK adapter projects.
Sohee Yoon
Head of Growth
Across Korea and Southeast Asia, Sohee Yoon works with independent app developers on publisher growth. She brings experience in publisher acquisition and APAC market development, focusing on studios shifting from one network to multi-network auction setups.
Our Values
How we work
Publisher-aligned incentives
We charge a flat fee and take no revenue share. When your eCPM rises, you benefit directly. That structure guides the product choices we make.
Clear data
You can see bids, fills, and impressions clearly. We do not obscure network comparisons or hide weak demand performance. The data stays available for your decisions.
Simple auction setup
A publisher with one engineer should access the same auction efficiency as a team with dedicated ad operations. We keep the complexity in our infrastructure, not in your setup.
